Neighborhood Connections provides a safety net for older adults living in Worcester’s West Side, connecting them with social and health activities and everyday services that help them stay content and secure in their own homes.

An annual Neighborhood Connections membership provides support services within the community to address the changing needs that occur with aging.

We are a program of JFS Worcester, a nonprofit, non-sectarian agency.
